Normally,I would have slept by now.It was 2 in the morning.Sec three camp was just a few hours away.I was up chatting with some of my friends who were equally excited as me.
I woke up moaning and complaining.I was very tired due to the lack of sleep.However, i was re-energised when i suddenly remembered that today was the sec three camp.We left for the campsite after the teacher did a 'thorough' check on our bags for prohibited items.When we reached the campsite, we were greeted by our camp instructors and unfortunately the hot blazing sun too.
We had to sit in the blazing hot sun while the camp insrtuctors expected us to be silent, while they were standing in the shadow of the hut making way much more noise.After the briefing,they taught us how to pitch our own tents.We then had our lunch and proceeded on to our games and activities.I was rather reluctant to participate in the events as the sun was really hot and the activities were not engaging.We finally had our dinner and soon it was nightime.
It was time to sleep.The instructors were guarding our tents, making sure none of us were getting out of the tent for no good reasons.This was camp.What would a camp be without breaking some rules??I got out of my tent and joined my friends from the other classes.We went about the campsite and left to our own devices did some intersting things.
This camp what quite what i expected it to be.It was fun during the night but a little boring during the day.Overall, this camp was pretty fun and exciting.
